Is the first conversation really free?
Yes — the first conversation is free and without obligation. We talk through the site and how you'd like to use it; if it's a fit, I'll follow up with a proposed scope.
Where do you work?
On private gardens and estates. Concept and design work can happen remotely; survey and author supervision are done on site, by arrangement — including internationally.
Do you only design, or also realize the project?
Both. Most projects run from the first drawing through to author supervision on site — though I can also work to another contractor's drawings if you prefer.
How long does a project take?
A masterplan usually takes a few weeks; build programmes depend on scope. I set a clear timeline before any groundworks begin.
Which languages do you work in?
Russian, Spanish and English — whichever is most comfortable for you.
